Learn chair-dance technique and sassy dance movements in a playful attitude style of dance. Playful dance movements and self-esteem building attitudes are front and center in this easy to follow dance class. Bring your stilettos (YES, HEELS ladies, which are optional, are great for leg toning!) and share with a girlfriend or two for a fun and easy-to-follow dance-fitness class that’s all about the attitude, and exploration of your many personalities!

Hot Tamale! We add some steam to Hot-Lanta in this Latin dance class that takes Latin fever to a new level. Latin-based movements are featured with dance progressions, in this easy to follow class that is just playful, sassy dance fun!

Wild Orchid Room Pole Dance & Fitness
Street Studio is proud to present the Wild Orchid Pole Dance & Fitness Room. It’s a hot, exciting new pole dance program, designed to bring dance and fitness to a whole new level. The Wild Orchid Room offers programs where woman of all shapes, sizes, and ages can come to dance, increase their fitness, and explore their inner beauty and personal style. Discover how fabulous you’ll feel from a very unique and intimate program filled of sassy, flirty dance and fitness fun!
Our program consists of drop-in classes, series courses and workshops, in a progression of levels, from beginner to advanced, to allow the dancer to learn in in a proper sequence for optimal fitness and pole dance accomplishments. You can choose from theme-styled pole classes, for the flirty-fit dancer that just wants to have fun dancing on a pole. Or for those who wants to take their pole dancing a bit more serious, you can select classes to learn more challenging techniques and tricks.
Whatever your preference and pole skill level, The Wild Orchid Pole Dance and Fitness Programs will definitely add more spice and flirty-fun to your dance and fitness workout.
Wild orchid Room Drop-In Classes:
FREE POLE TEASE CLASS
This 30-45-minute class offer the new student a taste of what to expect in a regular drop-in class. This is a good overview of a pole dance class.You’ll try some of the basics for both pole dance and pole fitness. The basic spins, climbing, walking, and outlining will be shown to get you prepared for our Pole Fitness and Pole Series Classes. No prior classes needed.
Drop-in Pole Class, Beginner, Level 1-2 (required, a prerequisite for all Pole Dance and Fitness Classes)
This is a 1-hour drop in beginner class that will show you everything in the Intro to Pole class, plus dance “transitions”, that will help in compiling choreography for the pole series recitals. This class is a great transition to make before taking the Flirty-Fit Pole Series.
Pole and Pilates, level 1-2 (Highly recommended before signing up for cardio pole or any pole series)
This is an combination class for overall strength and conditioning, with beginner to intermediate Pilates technique. Incorporating the pole with traditional Pilates technique to help build the core strength needed to become prepared and acclimated for Pole Fitness classes and series.
Cardio Pole-Fitness, level 2-3
Cardio Pole is an hour-long cardio/ strength class that combines the best of both world. There is nothing sexy about this class; It’s all about fitness and working out on the pole to achieve it. This class is great for preparing for our advanced classes with inversions. You will build up core strength that is needed to hang upside. This is a great way to get your cardio-on and strength built up to its MAX!
Flirty-Fit Dance and Pole, level 1
This 1-hour class is part of our “Flirty Fit” dance series. If you love to dance and want to use the pole more as a prop, this is the class for you. Each week, learn some flirty-fun choreography which incorporates the pole, floor and lots of dance moves.
Trickster Class, level 2-5
This intermediate pole drop-in class that is all about tricks and inversions. A warm-up and thorough cool-down will be incorporated to prepare the body for this challenging workout. Each week, new tricks will be taught under direction of the instructor. Instructor evaluation of skill level is required before signing up and taking this class.
WILD ORCHID Room POLE SERIES
Flirty-Fit Pole, Level 1
This beginner 6-week Pole Class will bring out your inner-flirty fit pole dancer. Classes will include basic spins, walking, outlining, and beginner climbing with weekly music and dress themes. Dress themes are always completely optional.
Flirtier-Fit Pole, level 2
Continue to get “flirty fitness fun” with our level 2 – 6 week Pole Class. Continue to add some more intermediate spins, transitions, climbing and start to “hang” around as beginner inversions are introduced. Weekly music and dress themes are added for fun. Level 1 class must be completed in order to sign up or testing out is available at the discretion of the instructor.
Flirtiest Fit and Pole, Level 3
Start to learn more advanced moves, spins, and basic inversions, in this level 3 Pole 6-week class. A basic inversion and climbing test are needed to sign up or completion of level 1 and 2. Here, we will take pole to another level, adding music themes and choreography to achieve the flirtiest fitness level.
**Every Pole Workshop 6-Week Class will have a recital performance at the end of the session.
